2009 Rules meetings PDF Print E-mail
There will be a rules meeting for the 2009 Highland Speedway on Sunday, Nov 30 in the Expo building in the basement at the fairgrounds. Times will be staggered this year so each divison will have time to discuss their rules. UMP Hornets will meet at 4:00 pm. Street Stocks will meet at 6:00 pm. UMP Sportsman will meet at 8:00 pm. The doors will open at 3:30 pm. Please plan on coming no earlier than one half hour before your meeting. Madison County Fair Assn is pleased to announce that Scott Kuhn is the 2009 track promotor and will rent the track for 2009.
 

Track Guidelines

Drivers must be 14 years of age to race at the Highland Speedway. Drivers 14 and 15 must have permission from the track to race in the UMP Late Model, UMP Modified, and UMP Sportsman division.

Minor drivers must have BOTH parents sign a minor release form for the driver to enter the race track. Minor drivers will sign the minor form each week. 

Each driver must enter their car to race every night. Entry fee to race is $5 per car to be paid by driver. Entry fee will go into each division's point fund.
